Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product and/or project management within a tech, web production or digital marketing space
  • Proven experience working with key stakeholders at strategic enterprise accounts
  • Proven experience with project management tools and creating effective project management processes including track record of managing and delivering digital projects on time, on budget, and within scope
  • Direct experience writing requirements for software engineers / web development projects
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills with the ability to drive alignment and influence at all levels in both matrixed and non-matrixed environments
  • Experience with product lifecycle management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Experience with user research and data analysis
  • Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Confluence)

Responsibilities

  • Define requirements, features, user stories, roadmaps, trends and user feedback and align with business goals
  • Manage product launches and go-to-market strategies with supporting testing
  • Create and deliver project timelines and plans while managing client expectations and the internal team/process
  • Be the first point of contact for day-to-day client requests and problem-solving
  • Keep clients continuously informed about program health, status of tasks, deliverables, and other critical metrics
  • Monitor and manage the budget and scope of programs
  • Update utilization resourcing plans
  • Report to internal teams, and set staffing plans across teams based on client roadmaps
  • Efficiently handle a high volume of task switching, providing regular updates to clients on test status, program budgets, and project velocity
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders at strategic accounts to understand their needs and ensure project alignment
  • Manage account relationships by yielding and routing questions and issues, disseminating action items
  • Organize and lead client status meetings, including scheduling, agenda planning, and follow-ups on action items
  • Consistently demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address and take initiative to resolve challenges swiftly and effectively
  • Track performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and problem solving
  • Quickly learn and adapt to our processes and client business understanding, applying new knowledge to enhance project outcomes
