Technical Project Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management or account implementation/management
• Proven ability to manage global delivery models and define, manage, and measure IT delivery processes

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical projects from inception through delivery, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and scope
• Develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and leverage existing tools to enhance project execution
• Identify, analyze, and proactively respond to financial, operational, and project risks
• Establish and maintain communication plans, provide regular updates to all stakeholders, and facilitate the gathering and validation of project requirements
• Monitor project progress, realign schedules as needed, and provide detailed specifications for implementation
• Act as an escalation point for project issues, reset expectations and negotiate timelines to ensure clarity and satisfaction
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and performance reports to track progress and milestones
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure client needs are met, and projects remain within predefined parameters

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in enterprise architecture and solution design is preferred
