Technical Project Manager

Summary

Requirements

• Holds a degree in Computer Science or has equivalent professional experience
• Brings at least 6 years of software development experience
• Demonstrates strong proficiency with JavaScript and Node.js
• Possesses advanced knowledge of system architecture, networks, and IT security
• Communicates technical concepts clearly and professionally to both clients and internal teams
• Is highly organized, motivated, and shows a conscientious approach to problem-solving
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment

Responsibilities

• Lead development tasks, prioritize requirements, and provide technical mentorship to foster team growth
• Architect, build, and maintain scalable interfaces and internal systems using a modern tech stack (NodeJS, Docker, Kubernetes, MongoDB)
• Collaborate effectively with Product Owners, clients, and other stakeholders to create optimal technical solutions
• Uphold and enforce high standards of code quality through best practices and regular code reviews
• Manage the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of the Linux system infrastructure
• Design and present technical architecture to clients and internal teams, providing support both remotely and on-site
• Conceive and develop internal tools to enhance and automate business processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of French (must have)
• Knowledge of Italian or Spanish (plus)
