Key responsibilities include gathering and translating business requirements, defining project roadmaps, ensuring technical feasibility, and managing project delivery. You will also create and maintain documentation, lead project planning and monitoring, conduct testing, and apply internal project management methodologies. This role requires a Master's degree in a related field, 3+ years of experience, strong technical skills, and proficiency in project management tools. Requirements
- A Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a technical project manager
- Ideally in telecom or digital services
- Fluent in English , both written and spoken
- Strong technical understanding of :APIs, XML, JSON, databases
- Network/connectivity topics (VPN, IP whitelisting, etc.)
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project) and frameworks (PMP, Scrum, Agile)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Team-oriented, proactive, and autonomous
- Comfortable in multicultural and remote working environments
- Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Great interpersonal skills, empathy, and a collaborative mindset
Responsibilities
- Gather and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
- Define project roadmaps, prioritize tasks, and manage delivery in coordination with stakeholders
- Ensure technical feasibility of proposed solutions in collaboration with developers and architects
- Write and maintain functional and technical documentation, including API specs and integration guidelines
- Lead project planning, monitor progress, and report on key milestones
- Organize and facilitate meetings to review progress, manage risks, and address blockers
- Conduct end-to-end testing and validate deliverables (including log analysis and cross-platform checks)
- Apply internal project management methodologies, tools, and reporting standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with data tools like Kibana , Tableau , or Looker
- Knowledge of mobile protocols (SMS, USSD, WAP, SMPP) and mobile payment systems
