Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in an agile software development environment
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, principles, and practices
• Experience in managing releases and release artifacts
• Experience in coordinating projects delivered by third parties/vendors
• Proficiency in utilizing appropriate systems, tools, and techniques for measuring project performance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive approach to risk management
• Detail-oriented with the ability to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Take charge of projects, including risk management, coordination of major releases, and third-party management
• Work closely with agile, cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with ongoing development initiatives
• Engage with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and the broader engineering team to align project objectives with overall business goals
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to incorporate their requirements into project planning
• Implement effective risk management strategies, identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential project risks
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
• Report and escalate project issues to management as needed
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
