Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Have 5+ years of experience in technical project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects
  • Demonstrate a strong technical background and understanding of software development, systems engineering, or other relevant technical disciplines
  • Possess expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Have the ability to lead and motivate teams, delegate tasks, and manage performance
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Have the ability to identify and resolve project issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
  • Manage project execution, tracking progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring adherence to project plans
  • Provide technical guidance and direction to project teams, ensuring that technical solutions are aligned with project requirements and organizational goals
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors, to ensure clear communication, manage expectations, and achieve project objectives
  • Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback to team members
  • Identify and resolve project issues and challenges, making informed decisions that drive project success
  • Implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, risk registers, and lessons learned

Preferred Qualifications

Possess Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications
