Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in a technical field
  • Proven experience in project planning and scheduling
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to propose creative solutions
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing technical projects
  • Serve as a liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management
  • Work with both internal teams and external stakeholders on delivery of complex payments projects
  • Review the status of projects and budgets, manage schedules, and prepare status reports
  • Ensure that project goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives
  • Participate in technical problem-solving, propose creative solutions, and make critical decisions during the project lifecycle
  • Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  • 25-30% travel will be required for any onsite or offsite meetings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
  • Familiarity with version control systems and full-stack development
  • Experience in managing projects in cloud computing platforms
