Requirements
- Confirmed experience in project management and all internal and external stakeholders
- Good command of SQL
- Good knowledge of scripting (mainly Python)
- Appetite for automation
- Ability to explain and discuss technical topics by adapting the speech to the interlocutors
- Ability to work in an international context (written and spoken English)
- Ability to work transversally with several squads and/or professions
- Autonomous and proactive
Responsibilities
- Integrate into your team and familiarize yourself with the environment
- Learn about the company, vision, and different departments
- Receive product and accounting management training through e-learning modules
- Assist with initial migrations, working with the existing PSA team
- Become autonomous and manage your own backlog
- Audit, analyze, and define the technical and functional needs of each new client
- Write initial audit documents and detailed functional and technical specifications for specific developments
- Support firms in connecting Pennylane to their internal tools: CRMs, ERPs, internal management, billing, etc
- Configure the Pennylane solution, working on the recovery of existing accounting firms' and clients' information systems (accounting production tools, billing software, etc.)
- Perform intermediate and final acceptance tests, with production of post-migration analysis reports, studies, and gap analyses
- Collaborate closely with all technical and business stakeholders involved in the projects: firm IT departments, software publishers, external service companies, etc
- Begin working on automating all these tasks to optimize the integration time of firms in the future with your fresh perspective
- Participate in prioritizing the Pennylane roadmap with Pennylane's Tech and Product teams, thanks to your advanced understanding of the needs of firms
- Seek and implement solutions to optimize and automate existing migration processes
- Become an active member, participating in team life by proposing workshops or internal presentations
- Develop processes and tools to increase the productivity of your work and that of the various stakeholders involved in migrations
- Participate in the migration of increasingly large clients, with specifications that increase in complexity
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the accounting or finance industry
