Responsibilities
- Manage complex implementation projects, overseeing timelines, stakeholder coordination, and integration of Prelim’s platform with various bank systems to ensure efficient and compliant customer onboarding
- Guide clients in modernizing their processes by configuring and optimizing employee workflows using Prelim’s no-code platform
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including bank executives and operations teams, to understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure successful project outcomes
- Ensure implementations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and bank policies, working with internal teams to address compliance requirements
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams to deliver seamless solutions, share client feedback, and contribute to platform improvements
- Provide training and support to clients, helping them adopt Prelim’s platform and maximize its value for their operations
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Contribute strategic insights to improve implementation processes and enhance client experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Interest in or experience with financial services, banking operations, or B2B software is a plus
