Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of engineering projects and deployments. Collaborate with engineering teams and cross-functional partners to ensure successful project delivery. Requirements

  • Excellent technical program management skills with the ability to build and implement technical-based actionable plans with detailed timelines and to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication, extremely well-organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Seasoned experience leading programs across Legal, Contract Management, Sales, or similar
  • Experience working with business and IT teams executing programs across both teams
  • Expertise with collaboration and presentation tools (i.e. G-Suite, Zoom, Slack, Miro)
  • Proven experience in program management across multiple regions
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Strong technical acumen to drive results, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and enable the success of product development
  • 5+ or more years in project management

Responsibilities

  • Proactively drive discussions with cross-functional teams and executives to ensure alignment and execution of plans
  • Participate in internal scrum meetings with functional leads to ensure project details are passed on to multi-functional teams
  • Manage timelines, deadlines, feature sets, risks, change requests, releases
  • Guide teams in time estimating practices and facilitate team estimates
  • Proactively identify roadblocks and mitigate risks
  • Maintain team data in project management software (i.e. Jira, G-Suite docs) to support estimates and execution create presentation content for upper level management
  • Drive team to completing key task, actions, and milestones for organizational and company program initiatives
  • Regularly provide executive-level briefings, including key performance indicators, milestones, risk mitigation plans, and key decisions
