Technical Project Manager

Summary

Join RYZ Labs as a Technical Project Manager and coordinate the development of large-scale software applications. You will manage projects from design to release, ensuring timely completion and high quality. This remote position, based in Argentina, requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 5+ years of experience in IT architecture, software development, or information security, along with project management experience. You will work with cross-functional teams, utilizing project management tools like JIRA. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar technical field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in IT architecture and systems, software development, or information security
• 5+ years of experience in a project management role running large cross-team initiatives across multiple functional areas
• Experience with project management tools and mechanisms such as JIRA
• Ability to organize projects, identify critical path, analyze resourcing requirements, and execute independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage technical project development of large-scale, distributed software applications, systems, platforms, services, or technologies throughout the complete software development lifecycle, from design through release
• Complete high-quality projects on time
• Motivate team members
• Drive continuous improvement throughout the process

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant work experience in project, product management, or related functions
• Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with AGILE or other program management methodologies
• Demonstrated track record of cultivating strong working relationships and driving collaboration across multiple technical and operations teams
