Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in corporate PMO environment
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Wrike, MS Teams and other related project management and collaboration tools
  • Competency in PowerPoint or similar presentation software
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to help define and refine working processes in order to maximize efficiency in constantly evolving environments
  • Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skillsΒ Β and collaboration, can do attitude
  • Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decisions
  • Able to use influence and inspire project team members
  • Able to anticipate and remove impediments, provide escalation management and make tradeoffs by balancing business needs with technical constraints
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to initiate and drive projects; ability to work independently and in a team
  • Able to contribute to Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews and Sprint Retrospectives
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under time pressures
  • Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation, and listening skills, with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences

Responsibilities

  • Ability to work both at a team level and with management with skills to run projects and summarize, elevate and create the right optics
  • Excellent ability to create project plans, WBS from start defining clear goals, objectives and milestones working with the team in a fast-moving environment
  • Work with team members to plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects and initiatives
  • Oversee daily tasks of projects working toward established milestones with teams and keeping everyone informed
  • Hold regular project team meetings to determine progress and address questions or challenges. Work to drive recommendations
  • Assess Risks for projects and initiatives, work with the team to elevate as needed

Benefits

Contractor $60 - $90 USD / Hour
