Join Dept® as a Technical Project Manager in Manchester and work in a hybrid environment. Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years proven work experience as a Project Manager delivering complex corporate websites, apps, online account management and other online systems
- An experienced team builder
- Understanding the technique behind the online solutions we offer and realise. You also speak the language of Designers and Developers
- Highly organised and motivated project manager with an aptitude for understanding and solving problems
- A positive outlook and strong interpersonal relationship building skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-discipline teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects under challenging and pressurised scenarios
- A hands-on project manager who can effectively suggest, drive and challenge new ideas
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability with a strong ‘customer oriented’ ethos
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Delivery of key Digital Projects
- Scoping project requirements and preparing budgets
- Development of support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
- Management of stakeholders and their expectations during the project life cycle
- Maximising client satisfaction with the project outcomes
- Working in a collaborative environment within the business and with client stakeholders
- Establishing and using “best web practices” to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects
- Highlighting potential project risks and acting proactively to resolve issues
- Being an active member of the project team, supporting colleagues and peers to help achieve overall digital goals
Preferred Qualifications
Additional previous project management and/or other digital experience is a plus
