Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing enterprise-level projects, preferably in a consulting environment
• Proven experience managing large-scale technical projects, particularly those involving complex data integration and system transitions
• Strong technical understanding of software development processes, database systems, and cloud infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage enterprise-wide projects, ensuring effective collaboration and communication across multiple teams
• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
• Drive project execution, monitoring progress, and proactively resolving issues to keep projects on track
• Facilitate regular status meetings, providing updates to senior leadership and stakeholders while ensuring transparency and accountability
• Assess project performance and document key learnings to improve future initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement
• Serve as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and other stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) or Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) preferred
