Summary
Join Agility Robotics, a pioneer in robotics, as a Technical Recruiter to contribute to our growing team. Support the full-cycle recruiting process for software and hardware engineering roles. Collaborate with hiring managers and the People team to develop effective sourcing strategies and manage candidate communication. Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain accurate records in our ATS. Contribute to process improvements and team initiatives. This remote position offers flexibility, with occasional team meetups in the Bay Area preferred. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with technical roles exposure, and a passion for robotics and engineering.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency), ideally with some exposure to technical roles
- Eager to learn more about robotics, engineering, and hiring best practices
- Organized and detail-oriented—you can manage multiple roles and priorities at once
- Comfortable talking with candidates and hiring managers at all levels
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Curious, proactive, and excited to be part of a growing team
- Committed to creating an inclusive and equitable hiring experience
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities
- Support the full-cycle recruiting process—from job posting to offer—across roles in software and hardware engineering
- Work with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective sourcing strategies
- Source candidates using online tools like LinkedIn and other platforms
- Help schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates throughout the process
- Ensure a great experience for all candidates by staying organized and responsive
- Keep our ATS and tracking systems up to date
- Learn and contribute to process improvements, recruiting projects, and team-wide initiatives
