You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles, both domestically and in India. You will also track and analyze recruitment metrics, contribute to employer branding, and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4-8 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in a start-up or a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring technical talent
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and terminology
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and other recruitment tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience working with engineering teams
- Knowledge of current market trends
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, for technical roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, DevOps engineers, etc.) and non-technical roles in a remote environment both in the US and India
- Creating and posting job descriptions on company websites, social media platforms, and other job boards
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other platforms, to identify and engage passive candidates
- Conduct thorough technical screenings to assess candidates' skills and experience, and collaborate with hiring teams to develop effective evaluation methods
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear and timely communication
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing consultative guidance and support
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform recruitment strategies
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance our company's reputation as an employer of choice
- Utilize and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and efficient data management
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews, drafting and sending offer letters to selected candidates, assisting with the logistics of new hire onboarding, and more
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for a growing technology company
- Familiarity with Greenhouse
- Certifications related to recruitment
- Supporting a global team, specifically the India market
