Remote Technical Recruiter

Summary

CSV Now is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join their team as a strategic talent acquisition partner for tech startups. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong communication skills. They will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting, managing job requisitions, developing and executing recruiting strategies, reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screens, and coordinating interviews. Requirements

• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing the job requisition submission/approval process
• Work with hiring managers to determine/understand key job duties, position profiles, and business requirements
• Manage all aspects of a full life cycle recruiting process for assigned requisitions and effectively utilize applicant tracking and onboarding systems
• Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting/sourcing strategies
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens with qualified applicants
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule manager phone and onsite interviews
