Requirements

  • 2+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing the job requisition submission/approval process
  • Work with hiring managers to determine/understand key job duties, position profiles, and business requirements
  • Manage all aspects of a full life cycle recruiting process for assigned requisitions and effectively utilize applicant tracking and onboarding systems
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting/sourcing strategies
  • Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens with qualified applicants
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule manager phone and onsite interviews
