Summary

Requirements
- Proven track record hiring for technical talent e.g. Full-Stack Software Engineers, Frontend Engineers, Design Engineers etc. A bonus if you have experience hiring Product!
- Proven experience in full life cycle recruiting with a strong background in sourcing (ability to identify target niche skill sets) and stakeholder management
- Expertise in sourcing techniques: proficient using a variety of sourcing tools including: LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, Boolean techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills, and a getting-things-done mindset
Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent across various departments to meet organisational needs
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates, utilising various channels such as social media, job boards, and industry networking events
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify high-potential candidates through various channels
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements, providing guidance and expertise to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
- Maintain and analyse recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment activities, making data-driven decisions to optimise and enhance our hiring processes
