Summary

This remote role, with optional in-person options in several global offices, involves leading the full recruitment cycle for various roles across the business. You will develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, collaborate with hiring managers, and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of hiring technical talent, expertise in sourcing techniques, and strong interpersonal skills. Requirements

  • Proven track record hiring for Technical talent e.g. Researchers, Full Stack Engineers
  • Proven experience in full life cycle recruiting with a strong background in sourcing (ability to identify target niche skill sets) and stakeholder management
  • Expertise in sourcing techniques: proficient using a variety of sourcing tools including: GH, Google Scholar, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean techniques
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and a getting-things-done mindset
  • Enthusiasm for AI and AI usage

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent across various departments to meet organizational needs
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify high-potential candidates through various channels
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates, utilizing various channels such as social media, job boards, and industry networking events
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements, providing guidance and expertise to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
  • Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment activities, making data-driven decisions to optimize and enhance our hiring processes
  • Operate at the frontier of AI through creative problem solving. Deploy and implement new workflows, tooling, and processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building and deploying AI based recruiting workflows
  • Experience working with Ashby, Metaview, and LinkedIn Recruiter
