This remote role, based in EMEA or London, requires proven experience in full life cycle recruiting, technical talent hiring, and expertise in sourcing techniques. Requirements

• Proven track record hiring for technical talent e.g. Full-Stack Software Engineers, Frontend Engineers, Design Engineers etc. A bonus if you have experience hiring Product!
• Proven experience in full life cycle recruiting with a strong background in sourcing (ability to identify target niche skill sets) and stakeholder management
• Expertise in sourcing techniques: proficient using a variety of sourcing tools including: LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, Boolean techniques
• Strong interpersonal skills, and a getting-things-done mindset

Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent across various departments to meet organisational needs
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates, utilising various channels such as social media, job boards, and industry networking events
• Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify high-potential candidates through various channels
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements, providing guidance and expertise to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
• Maintain and analyse recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment activities, making data-driven decisions to optimise and enhance our hiring processes
