Summary
Join GoodParty.org as a remote Contract Technical Recruiter to contribute to their mission of improving democracy. You will play a key role in building their engineering team by sourcing, engaging, and closing candidates using modern recruiting tools and AI-enhanced workflows. Partner directly with Engineering to drive full cycle recruiting for technical roles. Source exceptional engineering and data talent using various tools, interview candidates, coordinate interview pipelines, utilize specific technologies for assessments and interview summaries, build diverse pipelines, maintain accurate data, and contribute to weekly reporting. This role requires 7+ years of experience recruiting technical roles at a high-growth startup or mission-driven organization, proficiency with modern recruiting tools, a structured approach to hiring, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. The position offers a fully remote work environment and is a contract role through September, with an hourly range of $60-$70.
Requirements
- You have 7+ years of experience recruiting technical roles at a high-growth startup or mission-driven organization
- You’re hands-on, metrics-oriented, and comfortable operating independently in a fully remote environment
- You’re a power user of modern recruiting stacks (Ashby, LinkedIn, CoderPad) and eager to test and adopt AI-enhanced tools like Metaview.ai
- You bring a structured, data-driven approach to hiring, with a knack for creating repeatable and scalable processes
- You care deeply about candidate experience, diversity, equity, and building inclusive teams
- You thrive at startup speed and deliver at a rapid pace
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with Engineering to drive full cycle recruiting for technical roles, from interview to close
- Source exceptional engineering and data talent using Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, as well as any other sourcing tools
- Interview candidates for mission-alignment, technical competency, and startup-readiness using structured interviews and assessments
- Coordinate and optimize interview pipelines ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and team members
- Utilize CoderPad for technical assessments and Metaview.ai to summarize interviews and track trends
- Build diverse pipelines and implement strategies that reduce bias and improve equitable hiring outcomes
- Maintain clean and accurate data in Ashby and contribute to weekly reporting on pipeline health, conversion rates, and sourcing effectiveness
