Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of technical recruiting experience in a similar role at a high-growth technology company or startup preferred
- Track record in hiring senior level engineers
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for various searches (e.g. technical, research, ecosystem, G&A)
- Create and execute sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent across a variety of roles
- Support hiring needs from writing job descriptions, putting together interview plans, scheduling interviews, coordinating travel, coaching new interviewers for the first time, and much more
- Develop exceptional remote and on-site candidate experiences with organized workflows, prompt decision making, and relationship building
- Track goals, metrics, and performance data of the hiring cycle while regularly communicating updates to hiring stakeholders and the leadership team

- Highly organized and prompt in managing candidate funnels
- Excellent written and verbal storytelling communication skills
- Ability to find the hard-to-find, and tireless in sourcing and pursuing the best leads
- Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong relationships
