Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of engineering and bonus points if you've done product hiring: you understand what great technical talent looks like
  • A track record of strong execution: you consistently deliver and iterate based on results
  • A growth mindset: you take feedback, optimize your approach, and find creative solutions
