Requirements

• Have at least 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an early-stage startup or agency
• Sourcing expertise: you’ve personally sourced at least 80% of your hires (especially for startup companies without brand recognition)
• Deep knowledge of engineering and bonus points if you've done product hiring: you understand what great technical talent looks like
• A track record of strong execution: you consistently deliver and iterate based on results
• A growth mindset: you take feedback, optimize your approach, and find creative solutions
