Requirements

  • 3+ years of US Recruitment experience (must have experience hiring 1099 and contract-based employees in the US)
  • Proven success in recruitment, talent acquisition, or headhunting
  • Strong understanding of accounting concepts and financial reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple searches and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for accounting and finance positions β€” from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions
  • Accurately assess technical skills and ensure the best fit for both the candidate and the organization
  • Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs, provide market insights, and deliver a high-quality recruitment experience
