Join PTW, a global games services company, as a Mid-Level Technical Recruiter specializing in AAA game and co-development. Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years recruiting AAA game developers across multiple disciplines
  • Deep understanding of AAA game development pipelines and roles (e.g., engineering, art, animation, design, production)
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Workable, Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ArtStation, GitHub)
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and relationships with internal teams and clients
  • Demonstrated success in meeting hiring targets in fast-paced, client-driven environments
  • Ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities with flexibility and efficiency

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment process for co-development roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract AAA talent for engineering, art, animation, design, and production roles that align with co-development requirements
  • Partner with internal teams and clients to understand specific co-development needs and tailor recruiting strategies accordingly
  • Focus on building teams that directly support the growth of our co-development business, ensuring candidates can integrate seamlessly into collaborative, client-facing projects
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support future co-development opportunities
  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience that reflects PTW’s values and client expectations
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics, ensuring alignment with hiring goals and business growth objectives
  • Stay current on trends in AAA game development and co-development to remain competitive in the talent market

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an agency environment
  • Familiarity with the co-development model, where studios collaborate to deliver high-quality game content or features for client projects
