Summary

Join RxSense as a Technical Recruiter and play a critical role in identifying and hiring top-tier technical talent for our growing teams. Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and create compelling job descriptions. Own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to closing candidates. Utilize various sourcing channels, including Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter. Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-priority roles. Drive a positive candidate experience through timely communication. Use data and analytics to track recruiting metrics and optimize strategies. Stay informed on industry trends and compensation benchmarks. Promote employer branding initiatives. Ensure compliance with employment laws and diversity goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused in the healthcare technology sector preferred
  • Proven ability to recruit for a wide range of technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Architects, Product Managers, SDETโ€™s and more)
  • Experience using ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • A proactive, consultative approach to recruitment with the ability to influence and advise hiring stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical and team needs, define role requirements, and create compelling job descriptions
  • Own full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates
  • Source passive and active candidates using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other channels
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-priority roles in engineering, data engineering, DevOps, Product, cybersecurity, and IT
  • Drive a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a positive journey throughout the process
  • Use data and analytics to track recruiting metrics, report progress, and continuously optimize strategies
  • Stay informed on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor movements within healthcare tech
  • Promote employer branding initiatives that highlight our culture, mission, and technical challenges
  • Ensure hiring practices comply with all employment laws and internal diversity, equity, and inclusion goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a startup or high-growth tech company
  • Technical background or certifications (e.g., in recruiting, tech sourcing, or HR analytics)
  • Demonstrated success in building diverse candidate pipelines
