Summary

Join our US Recruitment team in New Delhi as an Experienced Technical Recruiter! Support our top technology clients in North America. Work from home is available due to the current COVID-19 situation, particularly for female candidates. The role involves night shift hours (7 PM to 4 AM), with Saturdays and Sundays off. Onsite employees receive meals and cab drop facilities. This position requires experience in US staffing and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Have excellent communication skills
• Be flexible to work in Night Shifts
• Have minimum 1 Yr. of experience in US Staffing
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of IT Skills or Technology personnel
• Be able to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing tasks, and resolving problems

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and close IT / Non-IT professionals
• Recruit for Temporary/Contractual, Permanent, and Temp to Hire Positions using job portals like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Indeed, Corp-Corp, and Internal database
• Sort through hundreds of resumes/applications to find the ideal match
• Negotiate pay rates between vendors and candidates
• Advertise jobs in job portals and social media like LinkedIn, Blogs, Google Groups, etc
• Recruit Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Crop to Crop)
• Research and implement new ideas for active and passive candidate recruiting
