Join Talan, a leading international advisory group, as a Technical Recruiter! You will proactively source and engage IT and software talent globally, focusing on various technical roles. Build talent pipelines, leverage AI-driven tools, and partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies. You will also develop relationships with candidates from diverse backgrounds and promote Talan's employer brand. Use data to refine processes and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Requirements

• Proven experience sourcing IT talent, ideally in LATAM markets
• Experience managing recruiting processes end-to-end
• 3+ years of experience in Software technical recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Expertise with recruitment systems and AI-powered sourcing tools
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a data-driven mindset
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage IT and software talent globally, focusing on roles like Software Engineers, Backend/Frontend Developers, DevOps Engineers, and Data Specialists
• Build pipelines for key technical teams, including Software Development, Cloud Engineering, and Data Analytics
• Leverage AI-driven sourcing tools and analytics to enhance efficiency and discover untapped talent pools
• Partner with hiring managers to design strategies for identifying and securing top talent
• Develop relationships with candidates from diverse backgrounds, including bootcamps, universities, and other non-traditional tech pathways
• Promote Talan’s employer brand while ensuring a seamless and exceptional candidate experience
• Use data and insights to refine recruitment processes and deliver fast, high-quality outcomes
