Technical Recruiter

Summary

Join Voleon, a leading technology company in AI and machine learning applications for finance, as a Technical Recruiter. You will report to the Technical Recruiting Manager and support hiring across Engineering, Trading, and IT. As a full-cycle recruiting expert, you will source candidates, manage the offer process, and ensure a positive candidate experience. You will partner with hiring managers, develop talent pipelines, and contribute to improving Voleon's recruiting processes. Requirements

• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience with demonstrated expertise in sourcing and full-cycle recruitment of top technical talent
• Excellent client management skills with a history of developing customized, consultative relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• Track record of making substantial contributions at the team level, including mentorship, process improvement, and contributions to institutional knowledge and recruiting content
• Eagerness to work with diverse, highly talented teams
• Authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Technical hiring managers to support their growth efforts
• Ensure we’re meeting our hiring goals and exceptionally high quality standards in a sustainable and diligent manner
• Contribute to sourcing a rich pipeline of rarified technical talent
• Manage the offer process and develop effective closing strategies
• Own the candidate experience and make it a positive and memorable journey, even for candidates who do not join us
• Maintain and improve a high-performance recruiting process tuned to delivering outstanding quality of hire in an efficient, organized manner
• Develop and share institutional knowledge / insight around talent markets and effective recruiting practices and content for Voleon
• Lead various projects to improve our recruiting efforts overall
