Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various online platforms, job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates with technical, marketing, SEO, Paid Ads, and Business Intelligence skills
  • Screening and Assessment: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and talent pools within Information Technology, Marketing, SEO, Paid Ads, and Business Intelligence to effectively match candidates with client needs
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific hiring requirements in these specialized areas and provide guidance on best practices
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment progress and metrics to management
