Summary

Job Description: Moloco is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter for their growing business in India. The role involves partnering with the business and hiring managers to recruit top-talent and advise on creative hiring strategies. This is a Bangalore based role with a hybrid working model.

Requirements

• 8+ years demonstrated success managing full lifecycle recruiting for a wide range of positions including Software Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Product Management
• Strong experience sourcing, engaging passive candidates, negotiating, and closing offers
• Wide knowledge of recruiting and sourcing tools and techniques
• Strong partnership/collaboration skills (Client Orgs, People Partners, Compensation, Recruiting Coordination, Immigration)
• Ability to guide hiring managers and their teams to foster an inclusive and collaborative hiring process

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the business and hiring managers to assess and define talent requirements to recruit top-talent and advise on creative hiring strategy
• Build rapport and relationships across all levels and functions to support exponential growth and achieve ambitious hiring targets
• Proactively engage passive candidates, apply various sourcing techniques, and partner with the recruitment marketing team on employer branding and social media strategy
• Manage the recruiting process from initial contact through onboarding
• Provide regular recruiting metrics to hiring managers as required

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting People Operations and HR processes is highly beneficial
