Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in a Technical Sales Consultant position
- 4+ years of experience in business requirements gathering, consistently leveraging a solution-oriented approach to drive effective outcomes
- Previous sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding TSC sales quotas in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of our product, along with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Exceptional presentation, demo delivery, and written communication skills to effectively engage audiences
- Proven ability to rapidly acquire and apply knowledge of new software, features and use cases
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage competing priorities, adapt to changing deadlines, and handle varying levels of urgency with ease
Responsibilities
- Leverage sales techniques, including storytelling, active listening, and effective communication skill to influence prospective customers
- Grow existing customer revenue and communicate product value proposition and solution design to drive growth and achieve quotas
- Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively communicate product value
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to evolve talk tracks and support deal strategies
- Analyze business needs and requirements to design tailored solutions and ROI assessments to prospects and customers
- Collaborate with technical teams to flag product gaps, align with future roadmap work, and adapt products to meet client specifications
- Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations to showcase user experiences by combining features, stories and value
- Deliver presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences, explaining complex concepts clearly and effectively
- Work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to develop and execute a strategy around presentations, technical demonstrations and written responses
- Provide technical support during the sales process, including crafting proposals, creating presentations, and conducting product demonstrations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with digital transformation strategies, digital workplace technology, corporate communications strategies or knowledge management tools considered a major asset
