This is a 100% remote, full-time position with a base salary plus uncapped commissions. Bocada is seeking an entrepreneurial and versatile team member to help expand sales and marketing efforts.
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in SaaS or enterprise software sales β ideally in the IT operations or security space
- Confident and comprehensible English language written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding at solving business problems, negotiating and collaborating in a global team environment
- Understanding of backup, data protection, cyber resilience, storage, networking, managed service providers, data centers or other aspects of IT operations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Track record of working both independently and with a team
Responsibilities
- Engage leads who register for the Bocada Cloud SaaS product to answer questions and drive the registered lead to a demo or activation meeting
- Attend Bocada Enterprise demos with the sales leader and sales engineer to support follow up activities
- Perform Bocada Cloud demos and after demos, follow up with the lead to answer questions and activate their free account (or trial)
- After Bocada Enterprise demos, follow up with customers to get MSP program or pilot orders
- Work with internal subject matter experts to quickly overcome customer objections or respond to questions and opportunities
- Maintain contact with activated customers during their trials or pilots to assure they convert to paying customers
- Drive growth and meet monthly and annual sales targets
- Effectively monitor and accurately forecast sales
- Work alongside marketing, product and support teams to optimize conversion at each stage of the sales cycle
- Stay up to date on the features, capabilities and key values of the product and successfully communicate them to prospective customers
