Summary

Join Greenworks Tools as a Commercial Business Development Manager and contribute to a sustainable future. This entry-level position focuses on developing relationships with professional dealers and large end-users to sell Greenworks Professional Outdoor Power Equipment. You will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and Distributor Territory Managers to expand commercial sales and the professional dealer base. The role requires strong industry knowledge, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Success in this role involves achieving assigned goals, performing product training, prospecting for new accounts, and leading at tradeshows. This is a full-time remote position with 60-75% travel.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience or transferable skills
  • 2-5 years of experience working within an OPE or OPE Parts Manufacturer
  • 2-5 years of field sales experience within an OPE or OPE Parts Manufacturer

Responsibilities

  • Own this business segment and achieve assigned goals and objectives
  • Own company-issued demo equipment
  • Perform product training to Distributor Staff and Key Dealer personnel
  • Prospect, generate leads, and acquire new accounts for Greenworksโ€™ distribution within these business areas
  • Lead role within tradeshows and key marketing events within the channel
  • Develop new product launch initiatives within assigned geography
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments such as Marketing, Product Management, and Field Sales Personnel
  • Perform other duties as assigned
