Summary
Join our client, an Australia-based company supporting thousands of businesses globally, as a Technical Services Administrator. You will be the primary point of contact for technical support, providing phone-based assistance to clients. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating on-site maintenance, and keeping clients informed of repair progress. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. This is a full-time, permanent work-from-home position operating during Australian business hours.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Introductory knowledge of hardware systems
- Experience in troubleshooting and providing technical support
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize multiple service requests
Responsibilities
- Provide phone-based technical support to clients experiencing issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems; escalate complex cases to the relevant team
- Coordinate scheduling for on-site maintenance and repairs
- Keep clients updated on repair progress and expected timelines
- Ensure excellent customer service through clear and timely communication
