Summary
Join Sisense's Technical Solutions team as a Technical Solutions Engineer and work with leading organizations to leverage data analytics. The role involves night shift coverage (23:00-08:00 Kyiv time), Monday-Friday, with additional shifts on Ukrainian holidays and extra pay. You will investigate and solve UI-related technical problems, design solutions for customer needs, manage critical issues, collaborate with engineering and product teams, present technical information, and contribute to knowledge bases. The ideal candidate possesses experience with JS, Node.js, REST APIs, IT infrastructure support, complex product infrastructure, web application troubleshooting, SQL and NoSQL databases, and English communication with customers. A data-driven mindset, problem-solving skills, and teamwork abilities are essential. Requirements
- Experience with JS, Node JS, Rest API
- You are already experienced with IT infrastructure and applications support
- You already have experience with supporting complex product infrastructure and web application troubleshooting
- You have vast experience with SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
- You have experience in communication with English-speaking customers
- You have a data-driven, analytical mind and excellent problem-solving skills
- You’re detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines
- You have proven ability to motivate and work both independently and in a team environment
- You also have a passion for supporting and helping others
- In addition, you have a strong desire to learn, grow and contribute to overall company values of collaboration and service
- You have excellent English — communication, listening, and writing skills
Responsibilities
- Investigate technical problems that are related to User Interface and problems related to it
- Develop, design and propose solutions to meet technological and business needs for customers (e.g. workarounds for product issues and additional features)
- Manage critical issues that impact customer’s business
- Work with Engineering and Product teams to meet customer requirements and improve our product
- Present complex technical information about the product to the customers
- Take part in the creation and maintenance of our knowledge-based and community
- Work with Linux shell, RestAPI, Web applications troubleshooting, identifying process improvements, debugging, comprehending technical documents
