Requirements

• Proven experience in technical recruiting or sourcing in tech-focused environments
• Strong understanding of data science, software engineering, and machine learning concepts
• Proficiency in using various recruiting tools and platforms, including LinkedIn and applicant tracking systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and recruit top technical talent for various engineering and data science roles within the company
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing methods, including networking, online platforms, and industry events
• Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit
• Track metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and improve recruitment processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a startup
• Experience sourcing for Software Engineers/Machine Learning Engineers
• Understanding of Machine Learning Ops/Infrastructure
