Technical Sourcer

Summary

Join Shippo, a leading shipping solution provider, as a Technical Sourcer! Collaborate with recruiters to identify and engage top engineering talent. You will build a top-of-funnel sourcing strategy, manage the full sourcing and screening process for technical roles, and focus on building a diverse talent pool. Your responsibilities include managing the end-to-end sourcing process, recruiting across various technical teams, developing a robust talent pipeline, providing a positive candidate experience, and assessing candidate skill sets. This is a 6-month remote position based in Brazil.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical sourcing, specifically building high-volume pipelines for software engineering roles
• Proactive self-starter who navigates ambiguity with ease
• Familiarity with sourcing tools & platforms like LinkedIn, Gem, and Lever
• Results-oriented, always eager to get things done, but with a thoughtful and strategic approach
• Team-oriented; cares about organizational goals, enables others to do their best work, and enjoys collaborating to find the best solutions
• Intermediate or Advanced English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sourcing and screening process for technical roles, ensuring a focus on diversity and a strong talent pool
• Recruit across a broad range of technical teams, supporting both local and global hiring needs
• Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, anticipating conversion rates and time-to-hire based on market insights and historical data
• Provide a personalized, high-touch experience for candidates, ensuring clear communication and timely updates throughout the hiring process
• Assess candidates’ skill sets to ensure alignment with team objectives and organizational goals
