Technical Sourcer

This temporary, US-based role requires 3+ years of technical sourcing or recruitment experience in a high-growth environment, demonstrated success in building candidate pipelines for technical roles, and proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools. The salary range is $132,000 to $165,000 + benefits. The position is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruitment, preferably in a high-growth environment
• Demonstrated success in building candidate pipelines for technical roles
• Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and qualifications
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter and Seekout)
• Experience with boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing methods
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to prioritize multiple requisitions
• Data-driven approach to sourcing with the ability to analyze and report on key metrics

Responsibilities

• Own the entire top-of-funnel recruitment process for assigned technical roles
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates
• Review and screen incoming applications to identify qualified candidates
• Drive employee referral initiatives to maximize internal network potential
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
• Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics to optimize sourcing strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience sourcing for staff or leadership roles in software engineering, data science, machine learning, or other specialized technical roles
• Knowledge of working with AI tools
• Knowledge of programming languages, technical frameworks, and industry terminology
• Build and nurture talent communities to create sustainable pipelines
• Stay current on market trends, competitive intelligence, and industry best practices

The US base salary range for this temporary full-time position is $132,000 to $165,000 + benefits
