Requirements

• Proven technical background, experienced in sourcing top talent for technical roles
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in technical sourcing, especially using LinkedIn Recruiter, an ATS (Lever or Greenhouse) and other sourcing tools
• Excellent English communication and writing skills, with the ability to create engaging and personalized candidate outreach
• Self-driven with a strong "can-do" mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth setting
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, ensuring smooth and efficient sourcing workflows

Responsibilities

• Source and engage top technical talent by leveraging diverse platforms such as LinkedIn, HireEZ, our applicant tracking system, and other innovative sourcing tools, driving a streamlined and effective recruitment process
• Collaborate closely with lead recruiters to understand job requirements, align hiring goals, and develop customized sourcing strategies
• Utilize a mix of traditional and creative sourcing techniques to identify and connect with exceptional candidates, while staying up to date with the latest tools and market trends
• Track and analyze sourcing metrics to ensure a data-driven approach, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve the recruitment process
• Build long-term relationships with candidates, fostering a collaborative culture and finding ways to enhance sourcing practices
