Summary

Join our Talent Acquisition team as a Recruitment Talent Sourcing Specialist! This part-time, fully remote position offers flexible hours (between 9-6) and pays $20-25 per hour. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential candidates, building a strong talent pipeline, and collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in talent sourcing and strong research and analytical skills. Proactive engagement with passive candidates and familiarity with sourcing tools are also essential. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related role
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify high-quality candidates
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and ATS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted research to identify potential candidates using various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies
  • Screen candidate profiles to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Manage candidate data and sourcing activities in Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Proactively engage passive candidates to generate interest and build relationships
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights on talent availability and competitor activities
  • Support employer branding initiatives by promoting the companyโ€™s values and culture to potential candidates
  • Prepare regular reports on sourcing metrics and candidate pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience sourcing for technical or specialized roles is a plus
  • Knowledge of labor market trends and recruitment best practices
  • Multilingual abilities or experience in a global recruiting environment
