Summary
The job is for an Application Analyst at Relativity who will provide technical support to customers, create and resolve tickets, and maintain accurate records. The role requires excellent customer service skills, SQL and Windows platform experience, and flexibility to work rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Requirements
- Demonstrate initiative to learn new skills, such as SQL applications and tools to run basic SQL queries
- Meet identified goals regarding customer service tech support metrics
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support aligned with a specific product vertical to a mix of technical and non-technical customers by diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex software and/or networked systems
- Create, resolve, and maintain tickets while working within their product vertical to resolve issues and escalate tickets to other teams and verticals
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and interactions in Salesforce and respond to clients within identified service level agreements
