Requirements

  • Master of Science degree in Chemical or Process Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in chemical process engineering
  • Effective communication, as well as written and verbal fluency in German and in English
  • Strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Support customers in answering questions about the company’s software through telephone, e-mail, video conference, and team collaboration tools
  • Route and escalate issues as necessary to resolve them efficiently
  • Support the Pre-Sales team by demonstrating our software to prospective customers with specific customer examples
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot customer simulations and identify input and modeling mistakes made by users
  • Communicate the root problem and provide a solution in a timely and sensitive manner
  • Identify, document, and track client requests using existing ticketing and bug reporting systems
  • Develop and maintain product documentation (methods, features, procedures, workarounds) in the form of help topics, user manuals, knowledge base articles, FAQ pages, and example simulations
