Requirements
- Master of Science degree in Chemical or Process Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in chemical process engineering
- Effective communication, as well as written and verbal fluency in German and in English
- Strong analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Support customers in answering questions about the companyβs software through telephone, e-mail, video conference, and team collaboration tools
- Route and escalate issues as necessary to resolve them efficiently
- Support the Pre-Sales team by demonstrating our software to prospective customers with specific customer examples
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer simulations and identify input and modeling mistakes made by users
- Communicate the root problem and provide a solution in a timely and sensitive manner
- Identify, document, and track client requests using existing ticketing and bug reporting systems
- Develop and maintain product documentation (methods, features, procedures, workarounds) in the form of help topics, user manuals, knowledge base articles, FAQ pages, and example simulations
