Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of English with emphasis on written communication
• Demonstrated knowledge of technical-writing specifics (punctuation, formatting, stylistic correctness, inclusive communication, etc.)
• Well-developed soft skills and ability to work in a team
• Experience in content management
• Ability to quickly learn new products and technologies
• A minimum of three-year experience in the IT industry

Responsibilities

• Create user manuals, API documentation, release notes, and marketing collaterals for assigned projects
• Compose technical product descriptions
• Ensure timely delivery of content to stakeholders
• Contribute to the company-wide written style guide
• Contribute to company-wide internal documentation and content: onboarding guides and educational courses
• Collaborate with other technical writers and share knowledge
• Interact with multiple teams to share collective knowledge with the public (both external and internal)

Preferred Qualifications

• Three-year experience in a similar position
• Proven knowledge of multiple languages
• Ability to author with XML and content management systems (strong plus)
• Basic knowledge of HTML5 and/or JavaScript (ability to read code, strong plus)
• Knowledge of financial markets (strong plus)
• University degree in STEM
