Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a technical writer, preferably for enterprise SaaS products
• Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of producing error-free documentation
• Skilled at transforming complex technical details into concise, user-friendly documentation
• Proven capacity to work cross-functionally and build productive working relationships with teams and stakeholders
• Curiosity that drives deep exploration of specific topics while maintaining a broad subject area understanding
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and simultaneously manage multiple writing projects

Responsibilities

• Write documentation for a specific product area or pillar, guiding content development from start to finish
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of product functionality within your area of responsibility
• Conduct interviews with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise documentation
• Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of internal stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, designers, and UX researchers
• Review and provide feedback on documentation contributed by both internal and external partners
