Responsibilities include remote activation and configuration of Bosch reporting systems and supporting on-site service technicians with commissioning and troubleshooting remotely. Requirements

• Be reliable, a team player, resilient, and assertive
• Work independently and responsibly
• Have knowledge of basic IT or IT networks
• Have confident handling of MS Office
• Be willing to work in a 24/7 shift system
• Have completed vocational training
• Live in Berlin and surrounding area or be willing to relocate to these regions
• Have native-level German skills

Responsibilities
