Summary

The job description is for a Telecommunications Installer (Level II) role in the Southeast region. The employee will perform installation tasks on DC power equipment under Level III or IV technicians. Basic qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED, two years of experience, a valid driver's license, and strong computer skills. Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Two years of experience in electrical or telecommunication installation activities
• Valid driver's license
• Strong Computer skills including Microsoft Outlook / Excel / Word
• Ability and willingness to travel 75% of the time
• Ability and willingness to work varying shifts (swing shifts)

Responsibilities

• Addition or removal of telecommunication equipment hardware
• Addition or removal of wiring and connections
• On-time completion and quality of the installation project
• Support job package administration including weekly tool inventory and creation of daily timesheet
• Responsible for inventory and staging of equipment and materials, weekly status report to supervisor, reading and interpreting specifications and drawings
• Assist Level IV & III Technicians with Lead verification (voltage), adding or removing batteries, adding or removing common systems equipment hardware
