- Sales Methodologies: Experience with proven sales frameworks like MEDDPICC or Command of the Message, and the ability to adapt your approach based on client needs and challenges
- Consultative Sales Approach: Strong ability to engage clients with a solutions-oriented mindset, nurturing relationships and aligning Digital.aiβs offerings with their corporate initiatives and verifiable business outcomes
- C-Level Comfort: A track record of engaging with C-suite executives and managing high-level negotiations, with a focus on building long-term partnerships rather than just closing one-time deals

- Self-Motivation & Resilience: A high level of perseverance, self-motivation, and the ability to stay focused under pressure
- Location: Based in the Pacific Northwest or Northern California, preferably in Seattle, Portland, or San Francisco Bay Area, and be willing to travel to client sites within the region as needed
Responsibilities

- Drive Business Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and capture new business opportunities in new and existing accounts
- Engage Key Stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and IT decision-makers to position Digital.ai as a strategic partner in their digital transformation
- Deliver Excellence: Lead product demos, create tailored presentations, and design customized solutions that resonate with prospects. Ensure that every interaction exemplifies a world-class sales experience
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams (product, customer success, marketing) to align client goals, ensure seamless execution, and maximize client satisfaction
- Maintain a Healthy Pipeline: Build and nurture a robust pipeline of leads, track progress, and forecast accurately in Salesforce, ensuring consistent growth and goal attainment
- Stay Agile and Informed: Continuously update your knowledge of industry trends, customer pain points, and Digital.aiβs evolving product suite to ensure youβre always a step ahead of the competition
