Summary

Join iRhythm, a company transforming cardiac care with its innovative Zio monitoring technology, as a Territory Manager in the Netherlands. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strong client relationships within the Dutch healthcare industry. This role requires developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business prospects, and conducting sales presentations. You will represent iRhythm at various events and build a strong network of key decision-makers. Success in this position demands strong communication, presentation, and networking skills, along with in-depth knowledge of the Dutch healthcare landscape. The position offers a remote work option and the opportunity to significantly impact the growth of an international healthcare scale-up.

Requirements

  • 5 - 8 years of commercial experience in the medical device industry in the Netherlands
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare landscape in the Netherlands
  • A clear understanding of the decision-making mechanisms within the Dutch healthcare system
  • A strong network of healthcare professionals and key stakeholders in hospitals
  • Strong communication, presentation and networking abilities
  • You’re energetic, highly motivated and results-oriented, with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • You’re able to travel within the Netherlands to visit (potential) clients and partners (approx. 50% travel)
  • You’re native in Dutch, speak excellent English and you’re based in the Netherlands

Responsibilities

  • Focus on driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in the Netherlands
  • Identify new business prospects, perform market analysis and evaluate competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the industry
  • Generate new business opportunities by actively prospecting and cold calling on potential customers
  • Visit potential customers, conduct sales presentations and ensure they convert to trusted clients and partners
  • Build and maintain strong client relations by offering outstanding customer support, facilitating regular product training sessions and keeping clients up to date
  • Establish and nurture robust connections and build a strong network of key decision-makers in the Dutch healthcare industry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, clinical specialists, customer experience and customer support, to ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in the field of cardiac arrhythmia and effectively communicate service features, benefits and clinical evidence to healthcare professionals
