Territory Sales Representative in Worldwide

Summary

The Territory Sales Representative is a remote position based in Texas or Oklahoma for HARIBO's Convenience stores retail channel. The role involves executing sales plans, analyzing sales data, and conducting regular business reviews. The ideal candidate should have at least 1+ years of experience in a sales role within the CPG industry.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a sales, business development, or analytical roles within the CPG, Consumer Packaged Goods industry or corporate retail industry
• Experience with syndicated data such as IRI and/or Nielsen
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Marketing or related field
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time with overnight stays

Responsibilities

• Provide support to a Sr. Business Development Manager for the Convenience stores retail channel with the Texas, Oklahoma, and surrounding area
• Work with assigned brokers, wholesalers, and regional retailers to develop business
• Assist with providing accurate and timely sales forecasts
• Analyze and review sales data including syndicated data such as IRI and /or Nielsen
• Conduct regular business reviews and sales visits, both in-person and by video, to broker offices and regional or national convenience store chain retail headquarters throughout the Great Plains region and Western states region of the U.S
• Attend tradeshows and industry events
• Perform routine retail checks, visiting assigned Convenience store locations throughout the Great Plains region and Western half of the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience selling into corporate offices, regional buyers, etc
• Proficient to advanced skills in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Prior experience in FMCG, Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry
• Prior experience in candy, confectionery, or snack industry
