Requirements

  • 3+ years of enterprise inside sales or business development-related sales experience
  • Familiarity with selling SaaS-based products and solutions
  • Strong oral and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills
  • Proven track record demonstrating the ability to articulate complex issues clearly via phone and email
  • Ability to develop rapport, influence others, and maintain strong working relationships
  • Must be self-motivated, persistent, resilient, and able to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities for the Chef sales organization
  • Learn about Chef’s robotic system and address questions related to its performance and capabilities
  • Research and find strong clients that fit Chef’s Ideal Customer Profile
  • Figure out the right individuals and titles at prospective clients who are relevant to reach out to
  • Conduct individual account research to collect more information and understand their needs
  • Find or guess the individual’s email, send a personalized email to the individual, and follow up as necessary
  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
  • Arrange introductory calls with sales team to qualify opportunities and share the background of Chef with prospects
  • Gather pertinent discovery information from the prospect and document it
  • Provide thorough information to the Sales team to enable the most qualified and productive opportunity handoff
  • Connect, promote, and market Chef through consistent engagement with top prospective accounts
  • Maintain all activity, account, contact, and opportunity information accurately in HubSpot

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of warehouse automation, logistics, and / or robotics
  • CRM experience with HubSpot
  • Experience with tools like ZoomInfo, Klenty and/or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
