Remote Test and Evaluation Analyst

Summary

H2 Performance Consulting is hiring a Test & Evaluation Analyst to support the Navy's Manpower, Personnel, Training, and Education initiatives. The role involves preparing and reviewing technical programmatic T&E documentation, developing test plans, making recommendations based on test results, performing various types of testing, recording and managing test data, and validating specifications and requirements for testability.

Requirements

• Clearance: Minimum SECRET clearance
• Education: Bachelor’ degree in mathematics, statistics, business, law, engineering, social sciences, physical/applied sciences or management discipline such as business administration, accounting, finance, economics or management information technology
• Experience: 10 years of relative testing and evaluation experience with preferred SAP or PeopleSoft experience

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans to address specifications and requirements
• Make recommendations based on test results
• Perform developmental testing on systems under development
• Perform interoperability testing on systems exchanging electronic information with other systems
• Perform operational testing
• Record and manage test data
• Validate specifications and requirements for testability
• Development of procedural workflows
• Performance and documentation of testing and validation activities
